of the United Pakistan.Kh. Zaheer Ahmed is an Advocate High Court and serves as the Special Assistant to the Prime Minister (SAPM) for Institutional Reforms. His extensive educational background includes graduate and post-graduate studies in Economics, Law, Statistics, and International Affairs. With a diverse career, he has served in various capacities in the Civil Service of Pakistan, including diplomatic assignments and roles in economic consultancy. Notable contributions include participation in the 2010 Flood Commission, technical assistance in restructuring the 1973 Constitution, and serving as SAPM since August 2013. He has been associated with educational institutions, research, and publications throughout his career, demonstrating a commitment to academia and public service. Additionally, his international exposure includes living in the UK, Thailand, Italy, and the Philippines. After seeking premature retirement in 2005, he rejoined the High Court Bar in 2006.
